Return Process

  Log into your UR account portal and select the specific order to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the device is factory reset and securely packed in its original manufacturer packaging with all included cables and manuals.

  Ship to UR

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3-5 business days.
